Comfortable king bed with extra pillow.

The air conditioning in the room was ineffective and took far too long to cool down. Despite requesting a handicap accessible room, I was placed on an upper floor without warning. The manager's rudeness during the situation greatly detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay.

I had higher expectations, but this hotel surprised me with its old and awful tub, which honestly woudl ve been more fitting in a horror movie. Also, surprise, no Kleenex! I almost thought about giving a good review, but then I realized that expecting a warm welcome gift was just too much. What was I thinking?

A clean room with a comfortable bed made the night enjoyable, complemented by a convenient mini fridge. Although the heater functioned well, the bathroom was quite small, and I noticed some wear and tear on the walls. The overall atmosphere remained quiet, which I appreciated, but I did miss having an ice machine available during my stay.

friendly staff

It was just a great fit for a short layover in Hawthorne with good value for price. The staff was friendly and helped fix my microwave right away when it broke. Try to ask for a room away from the street if you want a quieter stay.

The bed was really comfortable I slept like a baby. The mini fridge was handy to keep our drinks cold, like I had my own little lab to mix my refreshments.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable for a night’s rest.
